Start Up

If your are starting a Classical Christian School, I can help you formulate a vision and take you through steps to launch. I have packages that can help spread the cost of services and walk with you from the start to year three.

Turn Around

Is your Christian school or ministry in need of change (even great change)? I can help. Turn arounds are often very difficult and can take several years. I have packages that can keep a yearly fee reasonable and give you the support and tools to see your vision come to reality. Note: As of 9/24 I am only considering referrals from Compagnon (ACCS).

Leadership

There are many factors that keep a Christian school or ministry struggling. Most often it has to do with Leadership. I can help your organization by working with Boards and Heads of School or Ministries on Leadership Development, Board Policy Governance, Strategic Planning and more. Note: As of 9/24 I am only considering referrals from Compagnon (ACCS).

Other

Depending on availability, I am open to speak, preach, or run teacher training. I can also come to your campus and evaluate classrooms, teaching, culture and administration.

Providence Academy

Turn Around: After 12 years of Providence Academy’s attendance wavering between 50-70, Ron Jung was hired as Headmaster. Over the following 10 years, under his leadership, Providence Academy added a High School, attained land, ran a successful Capital Campaign and built a beautiful 4K-12 Campus, began a modest endowment an has a student population over 225 and is growing.

Valor Classical Christian Academy

Start Up: I have worked with a group in Neenah, WI to advise their Board, help hire and train their teachers and administrator, and raise money to successfully open a K-6 Classical Christian school in Neenah WI, with plans to add grades until they are fully K-12. We opened in the Fall of 2024 with 32 students, over $150K raised and a great vision for the future.
